News from 4A

As part of our Term 2 Integrated Studies curriculum, the Year 4 students learnt about ‘Investigating places and Environments.’

Years 4A and 4B visited the Melbourne Museum and IMAX on 14 May. Year 4 students participated in the three exhibitions ‘First Peoples Place and Culture,’ ‘Bugs Alive’ and ‘Wild’. Later that day, students went to IMAX to watch Wild Africa. Overall, we all enjoyed ourselves and had a fantastic day.

Mustafa: I enjoyed IMAX because I’ve learned interesting facts about animals.

Liban: My favourite part was the Forest Gallery because I learned about forest animals.

Adam: My favourite exhibition was the Dinosaur exhibition because I saw the fossils of the dinosaurs.

Ahyan: I enjoyed all the exhibitions because they are all interesting and I learned about First Peoples Place and Culture. I’ve also learned about the documentary about Africa.

Charlotte: I liked Wild exhibition because I saw animals that I didn’t know about. I also enjoyed IMAX.

Hanan: I like the Wild exhibition because my favourite animal was there and we saw lots of interesting animals.

Aurnia: I loved IMAX because it was in 3D and it looked very real. I thought I was in Africa.
